You are facing temporary financial difficulties and willing to work with a caseworker to explore long-term solutions.
You can apply through your property manager on the PRC web portal, where a qualified caseworker will assess your situation, and approved tenants may receive up to 50% of rent assistance for up to 3 months.
You can receive up to 50% of your monthly rent covered for 3 months, along with benefits like community stability, eviction prevention, caseworker support, and financial guidance.
Our Eviction Avoidance Program (EAP) can help you manage rent, build credit, and stay focused on your education.
To qualify, you must have an income below three times the rent or a credit score under 700, pay the first two months’ rent on time before using the credit line, and have a parent or responsible party guarantee the credit line.
To apply, just make sure you’re a full-time student, meet the income or credit requirements, and have paid your first two months’ rent. Then, get in touch with the leasing office.
